Terms of Service

1. Business and scope

2. Products and availability

Product pages describe essential characteristics, materials, dimensions and use. Colours may vary with screen settings. Stock is rechecked when an order is submitted. Fictional brands, illustrative real photographs and demo ratings are demonstration content, not verified third-party brand or review claims.

3. Prices and VAT

EUR is the base currency. Displayed prices include VAT as indicated; tax treatment must be confirmed by the owner before launch. USD, GBP and PLN use fixed demo conversion rates. Delivery charges and eligible discounts are shown before submission. Saved order prices remain unchanged if product prices later change.

4. Orders and acceptance

Guest checkout provides a review step for correcting details. Place Order submits a pending order request and saves its items. Receipt acknowledgment is not a claim that payment has occurred or goods have shipped. The operator must communicate acceptance and applicable payment arrangements separately before fulfilment.

5. Payment

No online payment gateway is offered in this version. No card data is requested. Payment terms and method — details will be published soon. Do not send card details through contact or order notes.

6. Delivery

Standard €4.90, 3–6 business days; complimentary standard for merchandise subtotal over €75 before promo discounts. Express €9.90, 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates run from dispatch. 7. Cancellation, withdrawal and returns

Contact us via the contact form promptly to change or cancel a pending order. Statutory withdrawal rights, including the 14-day period where applicable, and legally defined exceptions are detailed in Returns & Refunds. The return address is provided when you notify us.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Lawful withdrawal refunds include eligible standard delivery and follow the statutory timeline, subject to permitted withholding pending goods or return evidence. Statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. See Consumer Rights.

9. Complaints and liability

Raise complaints with us via the contact form. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including mandatory liability for fraud, intentional conduct or personal injury where applicable. Any permitted liability limitation requires jurisdiction-specific owner/legal review — details will be published soon.

10. Website use and content

Use the store lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with service security, make fraudulent requests or attempt to access private order records. The Acceptable Use Policy explains these requirements. Licensed photographs retain their individual source terms.

11. Corrections and technical interruptions

We aim to provide clear product and price information. If a material error affects an order, the operator must contact you and explain lawful options rather than silently changing the saved price. Availability and estimated delivery dates may change before acceptance. Technical problems do not waive mandatory rights.

12. Privacy and records

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your order acknowledgment and correspondence. The printable acknowledgment records the submitted order; it is not proof of payment or a tax invoice.

13. Changes to terms

Changes to these terms apply to future requests unless otherwise lawfully agreed. The terms applicable to an accepted contract cannot be replaced retrospectively to remove your rights. The operator should retain the version provided at purchase.

14. Governing law and contact

How do I choose a notebook or sketchbook?

Start with your medium. Ruled pages suit writing, dotted pages work well for flexible planning, and plain paper leaves space for sketches. For wet media, check the product’s paper weight and suitability rather than assuming every notebook can take watercolour.

What should I check before choosing art materials?

Read the materials, dimensions, features and use-and-care details on the product page. Match paper to your medium and consider whether you need a portable set or a larger desk setup. Colours can appear different on different screens.

Are the brands and photographs real?

Rystor is the storefront of Rystor sp. z o.o., based in Osielsko, Poland. The eight studio brands in this collection remain fictional demonstration brands. The product and category photographs are independently sourced real photographs, used as illustrations rather than verified images of the exact fictional-brand goods. Ratings are illustrative, not verified customer reviews.

Where do you deliver?

Supported destinations are the 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. The country selector at checkout lists these destinations. Remote-area and territorial arrangements need operator confirmation before live trading.

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost, and when is it free?

Standard delivery costs €4.90 and is estimated at 3–6 business days from dispatch. It is free when the merchandise subtotal is strictly over €75 before discounts; exactly €75 is not eligible. Express costs €9.90 with an estimate of 1–3 business days and is never free. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Do I need an account, and how do I pay?

No account is required. Review your bag, enter delivery details and place your guest order. No online payment or card details are collected. The order is received as pending; acceptance and payment arrangements are handled separately.

Which currencies and promotions can I use?

Prices start in EUR, with USD, GBP and PLN available using fixed demonstration conversion rates. The selected currency and historical prices are saved with the order. Promo codes must be active, unexpired and meet any minimum spend; final prices and stock are checked again when you place the order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact the studio promptly with your order number and requested correction. Changes depend on the order’s stage and cannot be promised after dispatch. Keep your private confirmation link for your records and avoid sharing it publicly.

Can I return goods or request a refund?

A 14-day withdrawal right applies to eligible EU distance purchases. Notify the operator clearly, then return goods within the applicable period. Personalised products may have lawful exceptions; stationery is not automatically excluded. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
