RYSTOR · A CONSIDERED CREATIVE EVERYDAY

Cookie Policy

Necessary storage

Necessary local storage keeps your guest shopping bag, wishlist and selected currency across refreshes, and stores cookie preferences. Keys: rystor-shopping and rystor-consent. These remain in your browser until removed or replaced. No account session is created.

Analytics

Analytics are optional and off by default. No optional analytics tool is currently installed. If a tool is introduced, its provider, purpose and duration must be disclosed here and it must not load until valid consent is granted.

Marketing

Marketing storage is optional and off by default. No marketing pixel or advertising tracker is currently installed. No newsletter or subscription forms are offered.

Storage inventory and duration

rystor-shopping stores the bag, wishlist and currency in local storage until cleared or replaced. rystor-consent stores the necessary/analytics/marketing choices and the date of the last choice, until cleared or updated. Local storage is browser-specific and is not a customer account. Infrastructure may use strictly necessary security mechanisms; the operator must document any provider-specific cookies before launch.

Consent is not a tracking tool

Selecting Accept does not install a tracker. There are currently no optional analytics or advertising integrations. If optional processing is introduced, the policy must identify each provider, data collected, purpose and expiry before it is enabled. Refusing optional categories must not prevent ordinary shopping.

Changing device or browser

Your preferences are saved for this browser only. Clearing website data or using a new browser may show the banner again. Blocking all local storage may prevent the bag and wishlist from persisting. Browser cookie controls and the site’s preference panel are separate controls.

Your choice

You may Accept all categories, Reject optional categories, or Manage Preferences. Necessary storage cannot be disabled within the preference panel because it supports requested store functions. You can clear it using browser settings, which also clears the saved bag and wishlist.

Use Cookie Settings in the footer to review or withdraw optional consent at any time. External fonts are requested from Google Fonts for typography; this is not presented as an analytics or marketing cookie. See Privacy Policy for processing and transfer details requiring owner review.

A LITTLE CLARITY, BEFORE YOU CREATE

Good questions.
Thoughtful answers.

Choosing a new notebook, planning a project or checking an order? Here are the details worth knowing.

Ask the studio
How do I choose a notebook or sketchbook?

Start with your medium. Ruled pages suit writing, dotted pages work well for flexible planning, and plain paper leaves space for sketches. For wet media, check the product’s paper weight and suitability rather than assuming every notebook can take watercolour.

What should I check before choosing art materials?

Read the materials, dimensions, features and use-and-care details on the product page. Match paper to your medium and consider whether you need a portable set or a larger desk setup. Colours can appear different on different screens.

Are the brands and photographs real?

Rystor is the storefront of Rystor sp. z o.o., based in Osielsko, Poland. The eight studio brands in this collection remain fictional demonstration brands. The product and category photographs are independently sourced real photographs, used as illustrations rather than verified images of the exact fictional-brand goods. Ratings are illustrative, not verified customer reviews.

Where do you deliver?

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost, and when is it free?

Standard delivery costs €4.90 and is estimated at 3–6 business days from dispatch. It is free when the merchandise subtotal is strictly over €75 before discounts; exactly €75 is not eligible. Express costs €9.90 with an estimate of 1–3 business days and is never free. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Do I need an account, and how do I pay?

No account is required. Review your bag, enter delivery details and place your guest order. No online payment or card details are collected. The order is received as pending; acceptance and payment arrangements are handled separately.

Order & Payment Information
Which currencies and promotions can I use?

Prices start in EUR, with USD, GBP and PLN available using fixed demonstration conversion rates. The selected currency and historical prices are saved with the order. Promo codes must be active, unexpired and meet any minimum spend; final prices and stock are checked again when you place the order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact the studio promptly with your order number and requested correction. Changes depend on the order’s stage and cannot be promised after dispatch. Keep your private confirmation link for your records and avoid sharing it publicly.

Contact the studio
Can I return goods or request a refund?

A 14-day withdrawal right applies to eligible EU distance purchases. Notify the operator clearly, then return goods within the applicable period. Personalised products may have lawful exceptions; stationery is not automatically excluded. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Refund Policy
How do I save or print my order?

Your thank-you page shows the order number, items, contact details, delivery address and totals. Choose Print Order to print the acknowledgment or save it as a PDF through your browser. This record is not proof of payment or a tax invoice.

What is saved in my browser?

Your bag, wishlist, currency and cookie choices are saved locally to support your visit. Optional analytics and marketing are off by default; neither tool is currently installed. Use Cookie Settings below to review your choices at any time.

How should I look after my stationery?

Store paper flat and dry, away from direct sunlight. Cap pens after use and follow the product’s cleaning guidance. Clean brushes according to the medium used and reshape bristles gently. Always check product-specific instructions before using solvents or wet media.
