Acceptable Use Policy
Purpose and scope
This policy applies to browsing, guest orders, enquiries and other interactions with this store, operated by Rystor sp. z o.o. under the Rystor name. It complements the Terms of Service without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Honest orders and enquiries
Provide accurate details needed to handle your request. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, send abusive messages or use forms for unsolicited advertising. Do not enter payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in order notes or enquiries.
Security and access
Do not attempt unauthorised access to private orders, guess access tokens, probe credentials, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software or interfere with stock and pricing checks. Do not intentionally overload the site or exploit errors to obtain goods or data.
Automation and public information
Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages is welcome. Automated activity must respect access restrictions and avoid unreasonable service disruption. Public browsing does not authorise collection of personal order data or circumvention of protective measures.
Content and intellectual property
Use the site without infringing intellectual-property, privacy or other lawful rights. Photographs may have individual Creative Commons or public-domain terms recorded in the photography credits; any permitted reuse must follow the original source licence. Nothing here claims ownership of third-party marks.
Reporting a concern
Contact us via the contact form with a description, affected page and approximate time. Do not include private access tokens in public reports. If you encounter another person’s data, stop accessing it and notify the operator privately.
Proportionate action
The operator may investigate misuse and restrict harmful requests where lawful and proportionate. This does not automatically cancel legitimate orders or remove refund, conformity or other statutory rights. Contact us via the contact form if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Changes and applicable law
