Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights remain yours.
Nothing in these pages excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. EU consumer rules and the national laws that apply to your purchase take precedence over conflicting store wording.
Before you order
You are entitled to clear information about business identity, product characteristics, price including applicable taxes, delivery charges, payment arrangements, delivery and withdrawal rights before a distance contract is concluded.
Withdrawal and conformity
A 14-day withdrawal period applies to eligible distance purchases, subject to lawful specific exceptions. You also retain statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods. The EU minimum legal guarantee is generally at least two years; national rights may provide more protection.
See Returns & Refunds for the return process and reimbursement details.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us via the contact form with your order number and concern. Applicable national consumer dispute-resolution arrangements and any required business participation disclosures must be completed by the owner — details will be published soon. You may contact the European Consumer Centre network for assistance with eligible cross-border disputes.
Governing law
The governing law applies only to the extent lawfully agreed; it does not deprive you of mandatory protections available in your country where applicable.
